For 15 years a competitor cleaned an old facility serving people worldwide 24/7. When a new building was built 3 years ago, said competitor could not keep the new building spotless as required by the facilities management. Within a very short time after being hired, Master Clean had the dirty building spotless. We were told the last time that white staircase was this pristine, was the day it was installed.

Consultation Leads to hiring by Large Church and School

A church using their own janitors found the janitorial industries high turnover rate resulted in a dirty facility. They called Master Clean in for consultation. We came up with a cost effective solution to satisfy both their budget, and their need for attention to detail. The church staff quickly became very happy with our detailed cleaning and the church leaders are pleased Master Clean continues to work with their “janitorial budget”.

Master Clean cleans many types’ facilities. One facility hosts a lot of meetings with some of them occurring at odd hours. Meetings are often cancelled or rescheduled. We are able to manage their unique scheduling demands, setting up and rearranging the 6K meeting room, and yet keep the tile floor shining like new.

Eliminated Complaints at Manufacturing Facility

We began cleaning a manufacturing a facility in 2010. This highly demanding facility had both offices and manufacturing areas to clean lending itself to dirt and grease” everywhere. For several years this facility hired a different janitorial company each and every year. After “discussing the proper time and cleaning considerations” we landed the job. To date we have had no complaints, and have even been asked to do “special cleaning” in the plant.

Prepared a Variety of New Flooring for a New Multi Story Hospital Wing

In January 2010, Master Clean scrubbed and/or waxed/sealed slate, VCT, wood grained sheet vinyl, ceramic tile, specialized rubber tile, and special flooring in lab, within the Alton Memorial hospital’s tight time frame.

Strip and wax a super 24 hour Wal-Mart in June of 2011 working 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night until the job was completed.

Popular Street Bridge Parties

Back when you could rent the Popular Street Bridge for parties, Master Clean experienced janitorial staff policed many parties and then had one (1) hour after each party to clean the entire site so it would be ready for the normal flow of traffic by the 12:30 a.m. deadline.

Leukemia Light Walk

Provided porters to keep the area clean during the event, and clean up after the public went home.
