Master Cleans “average” associate has been with us an average of 5.3 years. Thus, Master Clean has probably the lowest turnover in personnel in the St. Louis metro area. While Master Clean pays very well, we in turn are very demanding of our associates. While not all, here are some of the major requirements of a successful job applicant:

  • 25-100
  • At least three (3) years of janitorial experience that we are able to confirm
  • All work experience can be verified
  • Will be required to take both a written and a field test
  • No drug or criminal record (red light camera tickets do not count against you)
  • A baby sitter, if you have children, because no shows will be terminated. The only valid exception is if you produce a copy of your death certificate.
  • Own reliable transportation
